According the controlled antibiotics therapy are 12 methods of investigation of wounded secretion of hospital purulent septic infection. The main task of bacteriological investigation is eradication of virulent bacteria from pathological focus.

The free antibiotic concentration was estimated by action on the Bacillus stearothermophilus according to color of nutrient media. The free antibiotic concentration in wounded secret and affinity of bacterial receptors to antibiotic are necessary for evaluation of coefficient of effective therapy by antibiotics. The majority of antibiotics with therapeutic dose have not bactericidal effect. We propagate the idea where it is possible to change the general antibiotic therapy to local therapy with permanent delivery of optimum concentration of a suitable antibiotic in the pathological

Methodical features of speeded and simplified determination method of disinfections preparations antibacterial activity

In the article have been given some methodic features of determination of the disinfection preparations on the basis of nutrition media color change. The nutrition media consist of glucose and bromcresol purple as indicator. The possibility has been shown to prepare 96 cavity plashes containing dry disinfection preparations of known titrated concentration.

Disinfection effectiveness comparation of surface cleaning preparations on the basis of tertiary ammonium salts

The preparations composition on the basis of tertiary ammonium salts for surface disifection was observed in connection with recommended concentrations of active substances in working solutions. The data observed do not leed to a reasonable conclusion or choice of the effective preparation composition. It was concluded about the necessity of unification of the disinfection preparations investigation.
