Great enumeration of wide disinfection means, recommended for disinfecting of products of medical appointment, create certain difficulties in a choice of the most optimum desinfectant. New methodical instructions on studying of virulicide, tuberkulocide, sporocide activity of desinfectant with a view of improvement of means and methods of their researches, choice optimization are developed for practical application.

The paper presents the comparative assessment of dichloroisocyanuric acid (DCCA), trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) and their hidrolysates. Efficiency of water disinfection experimentally was confirmed in concentration of 2 mg/l for DCCA and 2 mg/l for TCCA (active chlorine). The nature of TCCA toxic action coincides with the data on the toxic action of DCCA. Concentrations effective against microorganisms are below the harmful level for human health.

Recently in Moscow area water samples from 15 public indoor swimming pools (SP), which had been disinfected with sodium hypochlorite, were tested in labs. The results revealed the violation of standard criteria in bacterial indicators; in all samples contained opportunistic fungus of Candida. The lack of standard for mycological indicators doesn’t allow appraising the level of epidemic danger for SP visitors. However considering the pathogenicity of these funguses the valuation of efficiency in water disinfection should be verified not only according to bacteriological but also to mycological indicators.

Experimental evaluation of effectiveness of 13 skin antiseptics during hygienic scrubbing, before this the hands were artificially contamination by test-bacterial and purulo-septic infection agents, which were secretedin the obstetrics department, was held. For the evaluation of frequency and nature of skin reactions during the usage of different antiseptics anonymous questionnaire design of 67 medical nurse of 3 obstetrics department wascarrying out. These materials showed that from all skin antiseptics which were used from relative pathogenic bacterium – the most effectiveness are chemical swith high ethyl and isopropyl alcohol. Besides, these antiseptics are not so harmful for the skin of medical workers.

Given are the data about morbidity in Russian Federation in 2011 tick-borne encephalitis, ixodes tick-borne borreliosis, Crimean hemorrhagic fever. The modern situation with nonspecific prevention natural focus the infections which activators ixodes pincers transfer is analyzed. Data on all means allowed for use for antitick-borne processing of natural biotopes, means of individual protection from attack of pincers and new documents on prevention of tick-borne infections are given.

Toxic action of binary mixed insecticides components (pyrethroid insecticide permethrin and organophosphate insecticides malathion or fenthion) on human lice is studied. Binary mixtures of malathion and permethrin in different ratios (1:9; 3:7; 5:5; 7:3; 9:1; 19:1; 49:1; 99:1) were tested for synergetic activity against head lice. Low synergetic effect was found for the permethrin and malathion proportion 49:1. It is shown, that insecticidal activity of binary mixed preparations for permethrin resistant lice is defined only by organophosphorus component.

In article the detailed analysis of entomological situations which arise at infection with a clothes moth of the natural felt used for warm both sound insulation at construction and reconstruction of buildings is given. Strategy and tactics of fight against infection in similar cases is described, schemes of alternation of insecticides and possible ways of suppression of flash of mass reproduction of a moth, and also feature of entomological maintaining the infected "felt" objects are offered.
