On the basis of retrospective epidemiological analysis was determined that epidemiological characteristic of (ages of diseased, seasonality, sex composition, social composition, epidemiological characters of infection) epidemic hemorrhagic fever according to landscape zones have differences, which also changes during the time. Represented epidemiological characteristic of the main numbers of epidemiological process GLPS for last 16 years concerning 2 landscape zones demonstrate the present changes, which need also changes to epidemiological surveillance concerning this infection as carried out on the territory.

The estimation of epidemiology and ecological safety and economic efficiency of the system of vehicle disinfestation of medical wastes is Given in a hospital. The key stages of introduction of the system of elimination of wastes of class B and C. It is rotined that introduction of this technology did not influence on morbidity of medical workers, including by infections, related to providing of medicare, production traumatism and ecology of hospital. Economic efficiency of new technology is expected in 3 million roubles, due to the decline of consumption of disinfectants (1,8 million roubles) and prevented economic harm (1,2 million roubles).

We present data for 2003–2010 on antibiotic resistance in microbial detection and identified from patients and environmental health facilities. It is established that the proportion of resistant strains of S. aureus was 48,1±1,93 %, P. aeroginosae – 76,0±0,79 %, E. coli – 54,9±0,93 %, K. pneumoniae – 80,0±0,83 %. Most of the isolated strains of microorganisms exhibit high antimicrobial resistance to β-lactams (60–80 %), tetracycline (50,6–92,2 %), lincosamides – 80,0–90,0 %.

Coliphages were used to control the quality of disinfection in the foci of hepatitis A. It was established that these phages have a higher resistance to the solutions of disinfectant "Chloramine B" compared with that of E. coli. It is concluded that disinfection quality control by identifying coliphages is more objective than the control by detecting E. coli. The possibility of the use of phages in the studies on virucidal activity of skin antiseptics and evaluation of the quality of hand-washing is demonstrated.

Investigated in vitro disinfectant activity of four disinfectant (chlore, hydrogen peroxide, septabic and biopag) against legionella in water of the hot water supply containing filtering pulp (fine-dispersed anthracite and zeolite). Among the preparations resolved for disinfection of pulps from legionella at the enterprises of hot water supply (chlore and biopag), advantage had the last. Field tests are necessary.
