In this article the review of the main normative documents according sanitary protection of the territory of the Russian Federation against delivery and spread of highly infectious diseases is made. The peculiarities of the sanitary protection of the territory on the Russian Railway network are reviewed. The main performance indexed of the railway boundary sanitary-quarantine checkpoints activity are presented in this article in detail.

Review of normative documents according national sanitary and epidemiological supervision management during railway transportations of dangerous cargos is presented. Basic sanitary requirements for transportation of dangerous cargos, information about objects enabled in the technological process of railway transportation of dangerous cargos, results of the federal national sanitary- quarantine control of the goods and cargos import on the Customs Union territory are presented in our review.

Desinfecting events during "emerging-reemerging infections" are developing with use of literature and own experimental information concerning microorganism survivability on external environment, incitant resistance to physical factor effect and chemical sanitizer, investigation algorithm of their activity according to incitant concrete infection. For development of disinfecting events are necessary also details about source of infection, mechanism, ways and factors of transmission of infection.

Perspective desinfecting means, which introduce into practice of utility and drinking water supply in RF is chlorine dioxide. Heighten interest in it is defined by extra express and prolongated biocidal activity, absence of halogen-containing compounds during interaction between organic substances and different characteristics, which are important for water disinfection. Experimentations in leaning of chlorine dioxide as nonspecific remedy in preventive measures of infective diseases, which are passed by water way and development on the basis of extra effective disinfecting means for water sterilizing in different domains of usage is a perspective way in disinfecting.

There were represented toxicological characteristics of insecto repellent IR3535® and repellent pediculicidal means on the basis of it. Remedy is recommended for child’ pediculation preventive measures from 1 to adults.

In the article were represented information about child head pediculation in RF. In Russia were discovered louses population with resistance to permethrin and were developed ways of overcoming it and also was shown information concerning approved remedies with pediculicidal and repellent activity to louses, including resistance to pyrethroids.

Around the world repellents are used for individual protection from blood-sucking insects, which are potencial vector of different diseases. Head louses can’t bare agent of diseases, but it’s necessary protection means to stop insects’ growth. Only in some countries are used repellents for individual protection from louses. By the way, repellents, which contain unique active substances as ethyl butyl acetyl amino propionate (IR3535®), can serve control means against pediculation around the world.
