In the article are given the analysis of dynamics and condition of the regime of disinfection and sterilization in the medical-preventive organizations (LPO) to the data in form of statistical accounting № 27 "Information about disinfection means" for 1991, 2006–2010, every year given by the managements Federal service in supervision of protection of rights of consumers and welfare of a man in subjects of Russian Federation. Separate statistical data are presented in comparison with previous years.

The report of the Soviet of producers are made for audience and discussion at XX anniversaries general assembly of NOD, which was planned i 2011 year (Golicyno, Moscow region). The communication accented its attention to actual question of the production and market in Russia, to the close relation between the economics of the country. The discussed problems witness about necessity of new national (Russia) commission on development of one methods of testing new disinfection means.

It is indicated on the existing potential danger (risks) during the disinfection measures. To this end, are possible toxicity (hygienic risks) of applied disinfection means and from the their end the insufficient anti-epidemic effectivity of executed processing (epidemiological risks). In connection with this to insure safety of disinfection means it is necessary to observe the necessary disinfection means, processes of their disinfection, testing, storage, transport, realization, application and dehydrating. To this end, have in mind the safety of all people contacting with disinfection means. In the presents time these documents are workable and presented as a normative document – sanitary rules and norms.

Represented are the results of investigation of infection of submoscow ticks hemorragic and epidemiologic dispersing of people with hemorragic fever with renal syndrome, leptospirose and tularemia. On the basis of obtained results, developed are norms of elaboration, directed to efficiently of disinfection means in complex of measures directed at the perfecting of disinfecting means to the struggle with population of ticks and rodents in the zones of risk of the infection of people.

Substantiated is the presence of combined natural foci of plague and other dangerous infectious diseases of bacterial, viral and rickettsial etiology in the territory of the European South-East of the Russian Federation. Elaborated is the strategy of non-specific prophylaxis in combined natural foci of infectious diseases, based on the priority of urgent deratization, disinfestation and disinfection carrying out in the inhabited localities and their surrounding territories, as the main measure to eradicate prerequisites for human infections in natural foci of infectious diseases. Pointed out is the necessity to create the integrated system of unified criteria for scientifically-based managerial decision making for disinfestation measures planning, organization and carrying out.

The prognosis of epizootic activity of often location of GLPS is considerably reduces the level of the future and increased the quality of the control over epidemic situation. It is developed the model of short prognosis of quantity of short carriers of GLPS and morbidity of population of Ufa. The model check in practical work showed the high reliability of prognosis in 2010. In 70 % cases the prognosis is justified. The developed prognostic model may service as a base for prediction of the level of infection of the population with GLPS and morbidity. The obtained results are very important during the the decision of tasks of natural seats of GLPS. Use of the model in practice work increased the level of the control over the epizootic and epidemical situation.

Bacterial and mycotic seeding of surfaces in Moscow swimming pools

Surface swabs of 15 Moscow public indoor swimming pools (SP), in which disinfection was made by 0,1–0,2 % solution of sodium hypochlorite, were analyzed. The results revealed exceeding standards of bacterial indicators. Mycotic seeding of of shower cabins and halls surfaces, which was caused by funguses Candida in all SP, reached 120 CFU/10 ml of swab. Trichophyton rubrum prevailed among dermatophyte group. However the lack of standard for mycological indicators doesn’t allow to assess the degree of epidemic hazard of SP surfaces. Taking into account the pathogenicity of these funguses and type variety of mycosis causative agents, the control of surface disinfection effectiveness should be held not only according to bacteriological but also mycological indicators.

Sterility assurance level of health care products irradiated by 15 kGy dose changes to two orders of magnitude when changing their contamination from 1 to 10000 microorganisms. Sterility assurance level of health care products to ensure sterility of 10-6, is provided for products with less than 30 of an initial contamination of microorganisms. For products of an initial contamination of microorganisms in 1000, irradiated at doses of 15 kGy, regulations to ensure the level of sterility should be recognized figure 10-4.

The increase in tick-borne encephalitis and tick-borne borreliosis incidents after the tick bites in observed in recent years in the Komi Republic. The investigation of Ixodes persulcatus collected in the territory of the Komi Republic in 2010 was studied by method polymerase chain reaction for detection of genetic markers of pathogens of tick-borne infections. The presence of RNA or DNA of eight infectious agents was detected in Ixodes persulcatus collected in biotopes of the Komi Republic including viruses of tick-borne encephalitis and West Nile virus, Borrelia spp., Ricketsia spp., Ehrlichia spp., Babesia spp., Bartonella spp., Anaplasma spp. Infection rate of ticks ranged from 0.4 % to 13.4 % depending on the type of pathogen, and the level of mixed tick-borne infections reached 6.3 %. Most often encountered mixed-infection tick-borne encephalitis and Borrelia spp.
