10-th of April in 2013 is 75 years old anniversary of Federal budgetary establishment "Chelyabinskaya municipal desinfecting office, city-Chelyabinsk". From 2008 municipal desinfecting office becomes NOD’ member society with the chief (head doctor) Aleksandr Mikhailovich Gryazev (individual member of NOD). During the work this foundation had a long and difficult way of development, bacoming to the present moment one of the biggest foundations between desinfecting sections of RF. In the article were represented stages of establishment’ development, the main qualitative measures of staff work.

A statistically significant association between intestinal anthroponosis morbidity and frequency of detecting of dysbiotic conditions was found. The dysbacteriosis development for 1,5–2,5 months occurred before the increase of a seasonal morbidity. Recovery and keeping of human body microflora in eubiotic state is one more way of intestinal infection prophylaxis. The way of prophylaxis should be used in a general complex of hygiene and sanitary as well as antiepidemic actions.

Were reviewed questions of fundamental and applied meaning of selective toxicity in disinfectant toxicology. Were represented the ways of risk reduction during using different disinfectant. As radical way of their sanitation were approved the use necessity of some chemicals (including disinfectant) characteristic of physiological selectivity. Regarding to the mechanisms of the implementation of these characteristics and represented quantitative measures of disinfectant selective toxicity.

There were described disease incidences in RF in 2012 by tick-borne encephalitis, ixodic tick-borne borreliosis, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever. Investigated present situation of non-specific preventive measures of feral herd infection, which can be passed by ixodic ticks. There were described statistics about all approved processing means against ticks of natural biotopes, individual protection equipment from ticks’ attacks and infections.

In last decade, significant growth of populations of the bed bug, Cimex lectularius L., was inspected in the whole world. In this review, brief data on epidemiological significance of this bloodsucking insect are given; as well causes of population increase of bed bug are considered. Special attention gives to the problem of insecticide resistance in bed bugs. Diagnostic concentrations of insecticides for determination of insecticide susceptibility levels in bed bug populations from natural habitats are given and ways for overcome of insecticide resistance in bed bugs are reviewed.

Remote sensing data anthropogenic water systems and their coasts can be used to analyze the epidemiological situation in natural foci and parasitic infections. Based on the analysis of long-term data series since establishment Tsimlyansk reservoir and up to 2011 were identified ecologically significant high-altitude marks, corresponding to the block boundaries ecotone of the "water-land." The possibility of determining ecotone blocks of satellite imagery high-resolution (Landsat) shows the principal possibility to identify the boundaries and the main environmental characteristics of blocks ecotone on the profiles of long-term observations. The possibilities of the medium resolution (MODIS) remote sensing data for operational monitoring of large plains reservoirs steppe zone are presented.
