Contaminated pathogenic organisms by chemical and radioactive materials, medical institutions’ wastes are really dangerous according to epidemiological and environmental and health relation. The most important direction of solving this problem is her legislative control. The modern international and russian regulations, which determine the most important questions of regulations, problems with medical wastes determined by questions of further development.

According to market research, hospital segment of the market disinfectants and antiseptics Perm is characterized by a wide range of products. Among disinfectants connections lead on the basis of quaternary-ammonium connections, among antiseptics are connections on the basis of isopropanol. The increase of purchases of disinfectants is the last years marked on the basis of quaternary-ammonium connections and, opposite, decline of purchases of chlorinated preparations. In the structure of the acquired contain alcohol antiseptics there is reduction of stake of preparations with high (more than 60 %%) maintenance of alcohol. The focus of the paper is on three main components of the disinfection process: disinfectants introduced in the environment, infectious agents available in this environment and people as a subject of epidemiological protection. We demonstrate that each of these components is specified by its inherent molecular chemical and molecular biological properties, which interact within the disinfection process. These components also determine some target (desired) and potential accompanying unhealthy effect of disinfection. We justify the necessity to extend and deep studies of methods in molecular biological researches and development in disinfectology.

In the article are represented modernism to sterilization of medical devices in organizations, who perform medical activities in new Federal law about medical devices. Modern federal law gets stringent the demands about medical devices cleaning in healthcare organizations and grows up supervisory responsibility concerning performance standards. Demands to medical sterilization’ quality (in European Community and in Great Britain) are equated for a long time with demands for industrial sterilization, which are the reason of changes in work organization of OOMD’ centralized sterilizations. Medical organization for effective work centralized sterilization must provide validation of technological equipment and document, implement and support system of quality management concerning GOST R ISO 13485.

The results are presented of microbiological and electron-microscopic studies of microbial cells Bacillus cereus АТСС 10702 after the exposure to tertiary ammonium compound triamine. The component composition of volatile organic compounds of samples containing triamine before and after interaction with microbial cells was analyzed using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry.

The study found that the antimicrobial effect of hydroxyl radicals many times higher and faster than hydrogen peroxide. Sets out the principles to create optimal conditions for the generation of hydroxyl radicals by selecting appropriate concentrations of iron ions. High biocidal activity of hydroxyl radicals in combination with a short period of their existence allows us to consider a system that generates hydroxyl radicals, as a way to create a suitable broad-spectrum disinfectant that does not accumulate in the environment. A comparative study in vitro efficacy of ready-to-use formulations (ointment, emulsion, lotion) containing 20 % benzyl benzoate shown the most anti-lice toxicity of lotion. The insecticidal activity was 100 %, ovicidal – 98,9 %. Two other preparative forms of benzyl benzoate – ointment and emulsion – have much lower effectiveness and uncomplete ovicide activity. The results indicate that only lotion among the investigated drugs was ability quickly and effectively to control head lice infestations, including permethrin resistant lice.
